Insane selection of books, movies, video games, records, and more. If you still have a DVD player in 2024 you need to go here. They have thousands of DVDs of all genres - including a wall of classics - for crazy prices. They have several bins of non-sorted DVDs for as little as 25 cents that are a blast to look through. As far as books, there are a ton of book genre selections to choose from and in the way back there's a bargain wall where you can find good books for 25 and 50 cents. The books aren't in the best condition but there are some still in good shape if you search for them. Second floor has records and CDs. I will say if you're looking for a cheap, modern record go elsewhere because any records from the 2010s or later still have that hefty price tag that any other record shop has. They also have a wall of board games but I wouldn't recommend unless you're willing to risk a piece or two missing. If you go on the weekend be prepared for a LARGE crowd - gets super busy on Saturdays and Sundays. The checkout line is typically long but moves pretty fast - the cashiers are friendly and check you out super quickly. McKay's is definitely a spot to check out if you have a few hours to browse and search as you will get lost in there. It's a great place to take an out of town friend to explore and find a new book or two.

I am a used bookstore connoisseur, and I've never been somewhere like this. HUGE selection of music, books, board games, and more. What I couldn't get over is how cheap everything is (like, NYT bestsellers for under a dollar). I spent hours looking through everything, and had a blast! I'd never walk into a used bookstore hoping to find one specific book, but you CAN here. Unforgettable fun for bookworms like me!

This place is a true gem for any type of audio or vintage collector. They have everything! CDs, vinyl, video games, toys, electronics, books and so much more. I could spend days in here. Very surprised that when I searched CD stores on Yelp this place did not come up. It was recommended to me by another local music store in Nashville. I was able to find numerous hip-hop CDs that I needed for my collection all for barely a dollar each. When you walk in it almost feels like a Walmart or some kind of superstore. They have shopping carts, hand baskets and literally thousands of things to dig through. Can't wait to come back again.!

The biggest secondhand bookstore I've ever been in. Everyone is always really nice and they give you good prices on stuff you bring in. The prices on stuff you buy are good, too.
